This is US(A) BD - Distributor: Sentai Filmworks - https://shop.sentaifilmworks.com/products/sword-oratoria-is-it-wrong-to-try-to-pick-up-girls-in-a-dungeon-on-the-side-premium-box-set

In the US Blu-ray bitrate decreases (saves?). On large screens in dark scenes, the difference will be seen.

I do not use a different audio track other than Japanese ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Occasionally, Sentai Filmworks’ releases are only subbed and never get dubbed version. Other times they release a dubbed version after the subbed if it was planned. I don’t know why they do this, but it would be worth it to wait a few months longer if you want dubbed. Quality difference is more or less the same between the two. They rarely use all of the space on a disc, which means quality is never maximized when it could have. I think the price is a little bit higher for dubbed, too.
But if you’re looking for high quality source and don’t care about dub, JPBD will almost always have higher quality than USBD. JPBD tend to be released in volumes, which can be as many as 7-8+ and use the majority of the capacity the discs can hold for only a few episodes, ~3 per disc. USA release always cram episodes into a complete set ranging from 2-4 BD, ~6 per disc. More bit rate for each episode most likely means high quality.
