Well at least there's a keyframe at the end of the opening. That's the important part. Keyframes on all the chapters would make ordered chapters neater, but I can work with this.
Who has the best subs for this?
@kuchikirukia
Best subs are from LostYears, especially the typesetting. Dialogue styling isn't too good in my opinion, Pyroneko has the better dialogue styling. Just merge both like I did. Global offset is 23 frames forward for the first half of the show, 24 for the other (although this encode may be slightly different of course). Some signs still need to be adjusted however.
@DJATOM
Thank you.

LostYears is just Funi rip right? so maybe even subs are from Funi. (I have no idea if they did sub on their own or just rip Funi 100% video+audio+subs). Anidb says their source is webrips from Funi.
So question is are Funi subs better than fansubs?
@bikkuri
No LostYears is not a FUNi rip. The only thing from FUNi was the dub audio.
Anyways LostYears typesetter will be going over it all to update it for Blu-ray video for release by Kametsu.
@SomaHeir
Check the MRF Discord (or DM me), I was also comparing the two scripts there.
@kuchikirukia
I would suggest waiting for the BD release by Kametsu due to the various fixes and improvements they make. But, if you don't want to wait another year for that, DM me on Discord @ Astral#3664.
@bikkuri
Definitely not a FUNi rip. I wish Funimation had typesetting that good. :^)

You'd be able to save over twice as much space by doing your own 810p HEVC encode without sacrificing any quality, which would also allow you to implement full OC. As Astral said, it's gonna take a while before Kametsu releases their 1080p batch (because of the USBD release date) with improved subtitles. So you'd have plenty of time for it. (ツ)_/¯
As far as TL, in my experience, since this is an Aniplex show, they just use whatever you see on CR. I don't know if it will be released under the Funi+CR dual contract license or if Aniplex will still release it themselves in the US, but if it's like their other titles, the subs won't change.
@Kamiyan93
That was Sentai not Aniplex, back before Aniplex US starting taking over all licensing from Aniplex Japan like they do now. Check the publisher of the US blurays.

Sentai often changes CR's subs for their blurays. Anyways, they lost the license back to Aniplex and the current version on other streaming services is probably this one going by the date
@JustAfan i'd have though normal torrent clients allow you to select only specific files inside the torrent for download. If yours does not maybe you should look into using another one (at least for those cases).
