Anime has firstly a very weird time-slot, most people who have a life wouldn't be crazy staying up till after midnight to watch their anime on tv. The producers know this very well, tv anime is just a promotion stage of a certain anime. Most of the time there are also censorship laws. Releasing the BD stage, that's where a production company can go all out and has no restrictions whatsover.

It kinda ruins the experience if you see the censored version and then wait for the uncensored version honestly I don't get why they do this it's ecchi FFS don't block ecchi moments

"less censored" would be more accurate than "uncensored". I recognize it's not the fault of the nice person doing the subbing and uploading. I do find it odd what they decided to keep as censored and what they decided to show... Not that anything would show in either case. I guess they kept us from seeing nips through cloth... BFD, man.

Sigh, yet an other anime that I've gotta wait for BD's for and am probably going to have totally forgotten about by the time the BD's come out. Heh. I always seem to forget about Ecchi anime by the time it actually comes out uncensored.

It's not just the visuals that are censored. The sound effects are censored as well if they indicate any sort of climax.
