https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1141463 My encode of the Discotek release with English subs, incase anyone cares. Also, I noticed you took something that I said regarding technical details, though you just removed “they are” along with “and”. Strange.
@H94 @SomaHeir
Not a fan of Moozzi2, but this one has slightly better detail retention than H94's raw, especially when it comes to dark scenes with stars -space scenes-, H94's raw has some ugly blocking artefact.
If you like noise/grains, Moozzi2's raw has much more of that, which helps to cover the ugly blocks.
However, for the movie, H94's does that very slightly better.
When it comes to colours, they're both the same; It seems Moozzi2 didn't use their infamous colour saturation filters for this one.
The Comparison is made using "Philips 436M6VBPAB"
@Deago
People should give more consideration to Moozzi2 encodes sometimes, because sometimes he is of the only ones to ever make an encode of some shows. It could be a plain 2pass encode, but at least, it is done in a rather clean way, and in this case he doesn't make use of his classic "enhancement" filters. I would only wish he could have restrained himself like this more often.
