Interpolated videos at 120fps look bad for using AVC with low bitrate, HEVC is more efficient (no redundancy) __Why 720p?__ Because in 1080p it takes more coding time, and for compatibility, since my PC plays up to 60FPS in HEVC 1080p, instead in 720p it plays 120fps (in both 10-bit HEVC and 8-bit AVC, but I decided it is better in HEVC 720p)
