Does anyone know the difference between the light novel and the web novel of Mushoku Tensei?

^ For the first volumes I didn't see too much difference, and judging by the images of the other volumes the story is similar to the web novel... Though the translation quality of the web novel sometimes is garbage and hard to understand. The biggest difference probably is the lack of art in the web novel, so if you like to read and see the characters growth with images then you might find it lackluster...
