Note: I had to resize the screenshots from 720x576 to 720x480 because they looked strange (that is, stretched) so now they can be seen in a natural aspect.
@ Aryma
Textless OP (2) and ED (4) are on the final disc of the release.
@ Lorenzo
I thought so. The Singles feature the Japanese title cards.
Anyhow, I've always wanted to own Madman's Dragon Ball GT Singles, but haven't come across a deal to snatch them.
Just to let people know that the audio on the Manga release of this has some distortion issues throughout a lot of the first half, the second half isn't as bad but it's still there.

Anamorphic, huh
If anyone's player is too dumb to recognize the pixel aspect ratio (which is not 1:1 but should be encoded in the MPEG stream) just manually set the display aspect ratio. It is likely 16:9 (for a display size of 1024x576 on square pixel screens) but somtimes its different (possibly noted on the packaging).
It's not 1024x576, but for example Kino's Journey was although from what I read, newer PAL 16:9 AR DVDs don't use 1024x576 anymore.
Furthermore, thanks for the advice on manually correcting it.
It's not. It's just the Green Bricks which as you may know it's a DNR'd release, but this was authored by Madman which is always kinda cool.
Strangely enough, I noticed grain on the OP, but the Episode has absolutely none.
Thanks for the upload. Do you know if there is anything different on this madman release compared to the North American release.
From what remember, most, if not all of funimation’s remastered DVD releases for both Dragon Ball and GT have grain in the opening, but the episode or movie is DNR’d. Although it’s been a while since I’ve seen them so I may be mistaken and it may only be some of them that are like this.
I didn't really notice anything worthwhile. The resolution on this is 720x576, but considering the source they worked with was 720x480 makes this an upscale.
The French DBZ movies/specials remastered in 720x576 I can agree to that since they look really good and would be even better if they'd just release it on Blu-ray, but chances are they'd just license FUNimation's Double Features instead (as is the case with most Western distributors just licensing the DFs).
