Basically all relevent signs have been translated and typeset, ie the English signs look and move the same as the originals. As a result of the huge number of moving signs that have been typeset, the resulting .ass files are enormous now. The largest Ep11, has more than 13500 lines. Unfortunately on very old PCs the subs may lag or be dropped. Trivia: Episode 3 has a number of quality control failures by the original animation team.
