Downloaded this playlist of Perrine from Planeta Junior's YouTube channel, but turns out it's in Latin Spanish (Mexico, specifically, I think), while a Spanish dub was never made (maybe not as popular as Marco and Heidi). It was however released on DVD in Spain with the Latin Spanish, albeit kinda hard to find (couldn't find it on eBay, Amazon or Wallapop).
I came across pictures of the "Season 1" set:

Furthermore, there's a TOEI movie with the Spanish title "Sin Familia" too (translates to: "Without Family"), but it's not related to this. Although, I think I'll order it later as the old TOEI animated films have a certain beauty and charm to them. Plus, features Spanish/Japanese audio with Spanish/Portuguese subs.
I downloaded most files via the playlist link/feature, but a few had to be done individually (connection dropped or something) which is why there is an inconsistency in file sizes — The bigger ones appear to have higher video bitrate so it doesn't really matter as those who want to sync the dub to the R2J source, will just want the audio. Speaking of which, I'll include the audio files separately in a folder for convenience.
