This BD release is not 60fps, that'd be something to ask the studio.

Unfortunately, the group who was releasing the great h.265 (HEVC) copies of Thunderbolt Fantasy doesn't seem to have been able to release this film in that format, instead using h.264 (AVC). It'd be great if someone were to take up the mantle!
Also, they seem to have made some misjudgments while encoding the audio to Opus, and chose some inappropriate bitrates (especially for the surround tracks). I have mentioned this already in a couple of comment threads, but I am in the process of acquiring all of the sources, and will make a companion release containing the untouched audio streams, along with much more sensible Opus encodes (192kbps for stereo, 384kbps for 5.1 surround) of them. I may simply do an audio-only release so that people can mux them in as they see fit, I'm not sure yet.
