AnimeMaakuo uploaded this in a batch of his, and other scores.
I strongly, strongly recommend this batch instead: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1263388
I’ve converted the flac files back to wave files for the files in this torrent as well as the ones in the Music Library torrent and the ones from AnimeMaakuo’s torrent in order to see if the checksums match. The checksums of the wave files are the same from all 3 torrents. The track names are different in all 3 torrents, one being in Japanese, the other in Hepburn romanization of Japanese, and this one is an English Translation. I assume the track names from the CD are originally in Japanese as they are from AnimeMaakuo’s torrent. Also what is good about this torrent is that there is an extra scan that is missing from AnimeMaakuo’s torrent called Obi.png. It is the only scan that has a bar code. To me it looks like it is something that folds around the spine of the CD case that is held there by the plastic packaging (please someone correct me if I am wrong). Also I wonder what Obi means. The Dragon Ball Music Library torrent Johnster linked to doesn’t have any scans for this CD.

Obi.png is probably this thing. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obi_(publishing)
Thanks for that link, and yes that is definitely what it is. It says everything you need to know about the obi. The article though is under consideration for being deleted because of their deletion policy. So here are the most relevant parts of the info from that arcticle for anyone who is interested in the future just in case it gets deleted. An obi (Japanese: 帯) is a strip of paper looped around a book or other product. In English, the term belly-band is sometimes used instead. The term is also used for a strip that is looped over one side (usually on the left) or folded over the top of LP albums released in Japan, and folded over the left side of music CDs, video games, LaserDiscs, or DVDs. This is also called tasuki. Obi are unique to Japan and are used to provide the title of the product, track listings (if applicable), price, catalog number and information on related releases in Japanese. It is used by the consumer to determine what is included in the album or book, and the store can use the information for ordering. Obi are sometimes used on boxes for collectible toys and figures. Products with an obi have become popular with some collectors, as products with the obi intact can fetch premium prices, and are collectible items in their own right.[2] A secondhand record or CD with a still intact obi may be worth more than the same with the obi missing.
