There wasn't a BD upload of part II with the incomplete Geneon dub anywhere on the web and for good reason, so I decide to make my own. It took some time but I had to adjust the audio in audacity and test them individually since it didn't sync perfectly. Also of note: episode 26 of the DVD's is actually episode 3 of the JP BD. That episode had Nazi references and was swapped when it first aired in the US. As result the episode order up until episode 26 is slightly out of order and is as follows: JP BD (3) <- US DVD (26), JP BD (4) <- US DVD (3) ... JP BD (26) <- US DVD (25).
Anyways, for those who grew up watching the dub and didn't like the washed-out color of the DVD's from [RiP] then this is for you. If you want the full BD release with JP audio then there are other uploads that cater to that. The BD's are sourced from https://nyaa.iss.one/view/647315. Enjoy!
The work on this sounds painstaking, you have my respect. I do prefer the dub but since you pulled from a Japanese master why not include the Japanese audio?
I would not be surprised if DISCOTEK which recently released part 2 on DVD re-releases it on Blu-ray using the same masters that you used. They are also releasing part 3 on blu-ray soon. Their DVD for part 2 fixed the episode 3 and 26 episode problem. If you need a copy of that audio track let me know.
Edit: after looking at the video on your upload I am convinced that DISCOTEK used that master in their DVD release and they will likely use it in an upcoming Blu-ray release of part 2.
@MICOXD I have the JP audio but the BD master I used didn't come with any ENG subs so I omitted the JP audio. I know there are other releases that have JP audio only with subs so if that's what someone wants then they can download that :P . But yeah, took me a few weeks to cut and sync the audio since every episode's title card and mid-episode card were at different places so I had to find those then manually check by how much it was out of sync, and then cut the audio to make it fit by either overlapping the audio or adding a few milliseconds of silence. But it was worth it!!
