Someone said in the comments that the Monogatari series is on Audible which I didn't know so that's really cool and I think I'll get that over the next months :)

I found kiki's delivery service ( 魔女の宅急 ) on itazuraneko so that's cool. ロクヨン - 64 - hideo yokoyama's 2 novels deal with the undertext of what's actually being said in the conversation so that would be useful for people trying to understand the culture better, what can and cannot be said 幼女戦記 - youjo senki, all day every day even though the vocab is complex since it deals with the millitary 弱キャラ友崎くん - Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki has already 7 audiobooks out ゴーストハント - ghost hunt is in the realist supernatural with horror elements genre

Just fyi, Youjo Senki is a nightmare to read in book form, it's basically a translated Kissinger treatise. I believe the fan translators cried for joy when they heard Yen Press was picking it up. If you want a LN that is easier to read and has an unabridged audiobook, Zero no Tsukaima is out on Audible as a single volume. (Amazon has been pretty aggressive about splitting up even short books to force people to use their free trial book & monthly book up quickly) audiobook [.] jp has a lot of audiobooks not on Audible as well and more reasonable prices.
