Quick look says NinjaPanda used the USBD for source video, while Yousei-Raws would have used the JPBD.

Both audio tracks for The Rising sound messed up. Japanese audio seems to have some weird echo for SFX and especially the opening song, whereas the left side of the English mix sounds completely wrong. It's entirely possible that could be down to the source due to the incompetent authoring house Viz use for their BDs. I can provide audio from the superior UK BD if you wanted to compare yourself and/or include them.

Grabbed the Koten_Gars release and that also has messed up 5.1 EN Audio (but seemingly not Stereo), so I uploaded them regardless. From UK BD - not timed, but I believe it's 25 frames earlier than the JP BD so requires a delay.
