For HEVC this is way too big.
I have in h264 and is “only” 22GB

Thanks for the effort, but a general rule of thumb for older 4:3 ratio anime that have been HD remastered or upscaled is to encode the video with a resolution of 1440x1080(960x720 for 720p), not 1920x1080.

There is a reason of why it’s not cropped/rescaled cause the source has Cast segment at the end of each ep which origin resulation is 1920x1080@16:9. So This encode should be just like the source is and we want to keep the cast credit which come with the USBD
