No, I would watch in novel release order. It’s better to watch Hana at least before watching Koi (i.e. Second Season episodes 18-23).

Imo its best to watch Kizu after Bake, since you keep hearing references of stuff that happened in Kizu throughout the series so you can appreciate the story and characters more that way.
