If you don't know how to encode in good quality—which it seems you might not—you can use makemkv to create a raw rip of the BD files and upload those so that other people can encode from them, if you wish.

Yes a smaller file size is better. 38gb is too much this should like 10gb roughly

And there's no dual audio so the info for this torrent is misleading because there's no english audio only japanese

The Vobsubs play OK in VLC, and Subtitle Edit can extract and OCR them as well. I'm looking into what the error is, and may (if I remember!) upload the SRTs I'm making and maybe even corrected Vobsubs as well. And yes, the dual audio is there without a problem.
