oh and there's like <5 scenes in the entire anime that have what you could consider aliasing so i sure hope the entire show didn't have aa applied

If your encode is descaled then you got the kernel wrong, plus it's starved as shit because your x264 settings always suck ass. Get good before spouting dumbass comments.

nah, i'm well aware i'm not a good encoder, but since i don't know who you are, i have no reason to trust you're correct on the kernel being wrong or the bitrate being not enough without any proof.
