Subtitle editing notes: https://pastebin.com/znQrAbf8 Encoding notes: The video has seemingly random application of a very visible and ugly dither and extreme banding, often at the same time, I've done what I could to neutralize these with minimal damage to detail, but without scenefiltering it, which I didn't want to do, the choice between protecting detail or cleaning more of the dither and banding had to be made, I chose to protect the detail, so the dither and banding occasionally show themselves, I also probably should have added more regraining.
