How about she embraces a salad.
Fat bitch needs to watch her weight
"What do you do when your body doesn’t match the ideal shape as dictated by society?" How about don't let yourself go to the point society doesn't have to call you fat-ass? It's not like human beings are born obese. "A love letter to anyone striving to embrace their size", how about you stop making excuses and start doing something about it. It's not that complicated, stop eating shit and start moving more you lazy piece of shit.
Obesity puts you at greater risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, sleep apnea, some types of cancer, and stroke. Don't be like this character. Eat a salad and go workout.
I agree with all above my comment.
Easy on the summary judgments. There's several factors that might contribute to someone being overweight, even if they do a proper diet and exercise. That being said, I don't like this trend of making being fat as something healthy. That's simply not true and trying to convince people otherwise, it's dangerous. On the other hand, fat shaming isn't productive. Just like racism, misogyny and bullying in general
@0v3r My dude, it's as easy as calories in < calories out. That's it. That's literally all of it. Fat cunts stay fat because obesity is primarily a mental disorder. Fat shaming is extremely productive - they either get bullied to slim down, or eat themselves to death. Either way - problem solved.
Exactly, it is simple math, if your life is stagnant and you don't think you are gonna burn the calories you are ingesting, how about stop ingesting so much calories and start eating healthier, not less but healthier. Fat shaming should be encouraged because they should feel ashamed, not proud. Or are you gonna go to a drug addict and say: "hey, just accept yourself for who you are, a fucking junkie. Don't try to change or get better, society just doesn't understand you". It may not be as apparent as someone losing their teeth from meth, but obesity kills as well so it should be eradicated because, like any other addiction, it is a choice, you either make the one that helps you or you don't. The same goes for skinny bitches that look like they are gonna fly away if they fart. Just don't encourage either of them, eat healthy, do exercise even if it's just climbing stairs instead of using the elevator, and you should be fine.
What part of _"There’s several factors that might contribute to someone being overweight, even if they do a proper diet and exercise."_ didn't you understand? Fat shaming people who might have no fault for being how they are, is like calling an amputee lazy for not getting out of his wheelchair and walk. If it's about someone being fat because he doesn't take care of his diet or doesn't lift a finger to exercize, it's understandable (although it doesn't justify being bullied for it). Antagonizing anyone because he looks fat, it's obnoxious and you risk not even be fair. I'm just saying: don't be quick to judge who you don't know. I'm sure no one is perfect, so anyone could be bullied because of anything. Why encourage that behaviour? I'm not overwheight, in case someone is wondering. But I deal with people with health issues, including this, and see how they try hard all their lives and suffer. No need to have to endure people being obnoxious to them on top of all that. This is the internet, I know people don't care about compassion, much less in a torrent site. But I leave here my 2 cents for anyone who might care.
"“There’s several factors that might contribute to someone being overweight, even if they do a proper diet and exercise.” didn’t you understand?" Don't give me that crap. Like I said, NO ONE is born obese. Obesity is developed through the years of not taking care of yourself and letting you go, developing bad habits and doing shit to correct them. Of course there are genetic factors that can tip the balance to one side or the other, but it is your own responsibility, your choices, to cancel them out. Just because something is not as straight forward as doing two simple things like exercise and a diet, doesn't mean it isn't easy enough that anybody with half a brain could do it if THEY WANTED TO. But of course, if there are people out there defending their "body-shape", like somewhat you are born like that and there's nothing wrong with it, how the fuck do you expect them to change? Fucking enabling people to be their worst self should be a crime. "is like calling an amputee lazy for not getting out of his wheelchair and walk." What the actual fuck. If the amputee did that to themselves, yeah, I would call that piece of shit lazy as fuck. But of course, the chances of someone just being a self-amputee for amusement are certainly low. I don't care about the bullying, I understand sometimes if not most of the time, it could get out of hand, but calling someone fat and letting them know that not only they look disgusting but unhealthy as fuck, shouldn't be censored.
From the World Health Organization: Key facts Worldwide obesity has nearly tripled since 1975. In 2016, more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older, were overweight. Of these over 650 million were obese. 39% of adults aged 18 years and over were overweight in 2016, and 13% were obese. Most of the world's population live in countries where overweight and obesity kills more people than underweight. 39 million children under the age of 5 were overweight or obese in 2020. Over 340 million children and adolescents aged 5-19 were overweight or obese in 2016. Obesity is preventable. --- (This is the key) Obesity kills millions every year around the world, more than the last pandemic ever did with the added bonus that there is no vaccine for it, just a choice of to be or not to be a fat-ass. So all of those advocating for it, can go suck a dick.
There's not only genetic predisposition. There's deseases and treatments that cause overweightness, for example. So, that's why I said easy on the summary judgments. (Also, there's diferent levels of fatness. You can be overweight, obese or morbidly obese, for example.) But even people who are obese and due to poor choices, shouldn't be targeted to be bullied. Or should we just be obnoxious with everyone that doesn't conform with our views and standards? Why do you think someone being fat gives anyone the right to be inconsiderate? I was clear that I'm agains't making being fat as something healthy or desirable. It's not a rational choice nor an example to be followed. No wonder it's considered the disease of the 21st century. Educating people and avoiding misinformation is important. On that we agree. But my point is not defending fat people, it's calling out calous remarks agains't people we don't even know. Being mindful is not enabling. If you're really worried about that person's health, then you should worry about the mental health too. How is bullying a person helping her? That's just an excuse for gratuitous insults and jokes. If you know the person, if you're close enough, you can talk about it. Get to know the whys and hows and actually give useful advice. Just thinking that all fat people are fat because they are "lazy pieces of shit", it's very reductive and narrow minded. It's trying to see the world as black and white. And being implacable about it.
"Muh genetics bend the laws of physics, I eat less than I burn and I still get fat, boo hoo hoo." and other fantasies deluded fatasses tell themselves and everyone calling them what they are. You can cope, sneed and dilate all you want, but nobody has yet disproved simple math. If you eat less calories than you burn, there is no way to get fat. Muh genetics? Just eat less or exercise more. Muh expensive healthy food? Eat less. Move more. Muh socioeconomic factors? Eat. Less. Move. More. It's so simple that only an actual retard would try to disagree with it. Put down the cake, fatass, and pick up a dumbbell. Less poptarts, more long walks.
You can ignore the science all you want. You know an healthy diet is a lot more than just calorie balance. It's about proteins, fats, carbs, vitamins, essential minerals, etc. There's restrictions due to diseases (genetic or aquired), alergies, treatment drugs,... Become weaker and even die, just to lose calories, is not an option for certain people. Not to mention mental health issues, that people like you don't take seriously, until it happens to you or someone close to you. So don't just make assumptions of fat people. Or keep trash talking all you like, about fat people, smokers, cancer, poor, homeless, blacks/whites,..
This is exactly what I expected the comment section to devolve into.
I'm not even here for manga, I just wanted to read comments. And I'm both disappointed and not surprised in the slightest
