@ExData7 there are timing issues in the audio, some of it syncs perfecrtly and some does not, idk why is that, even if i sync the starting part the later will be desynced
to anyone who's here for the dub don't waste your time this is unwatchable!
and @sff my dude thanks for the effort, and i think i now what the problem was, you should have stretched the audio first then sync or maybe stretching is all it needed, for example using mkvtoolnix_gui in the eng_audio track set "Strech by" to jap_audio_duration/eng_audio_duration (or in this case 54669440/54164799 these numbers are from info_tool after extracting each audio track separately in an mka files).
