### Nujabes & Hydeout Productions Vinyl Collection
All credit goes to Reddit user **2muchrubik**, who runs the Nujabes & Hydeout Productions Restoration Project on his [**blog**](http://nujabesproject.blogspot.com/). I've only compiled all of his rips (as of 6.6.2023) here for ease of download.
2muchrubik has ripped and scanned nearly every vinyl release by Nujabes/Hydeout Productions/Hydeout Recordings and graciously uploaded them to his blog over the past four years. Some of these songs have never been released digitally, and the ones that have still often (not always) sound better on vinyl thanks to the vinyl version's better mastering and much less egregious compression. To clarify, I'm not saying that vinyl is inherently superior to CD, but that the mastering itself was done with more care and less compression than on the CDs.
2muchrubik's project is still ongoing, so be sure to check out his blog for any future releases.
**Notes**
* HOR-059 also includes a CD rip of the 2006 album *Melodica* by Nica (Haruka Nakamura, Ryodo Yamamoto, Toshiaki Hamada).
* HPD13TR is a CD + 7-inch vinyl combo.
* Nas - One Love (Dimention Ball Remix) is a remix Nujabes did in 1998 when he used the Dimention Ball name. This is also the first track he ever released.
* HOR-033 has some distortion that is unfortunately present in every copy of this release AFAIK.
**A few highlights among the vinyl**
* The full 6-minute version of "Child's Attraction" (digital version is 3min25s).
* A slightly different mix of "Flowers" from before the *Modal Soul* album. (Since the uploading of this torrent, 2muchrubik has put up HOR-062 on his blog, which has the *Modal Soul* album version of "Flowers")
* A different mix of "It's About Time" than what's on Pase Rock's 2003 *Bullshit as Usual* album.
* Just to name a few, "Imaginary Folklore" and "F.I.L.O" sound vastly superior to their CD versions.
* Save for two tracks, it's now possible to build a better-sounding vinyl-only version of *Hydeout Productions (First Collection)* (I haven't heard the 2019 vinyl release of this album, but I'm guessing it sounds similar to the 2003 CD).
