[SubsPlease] Sousou no Frieren - 20 (1080p) [5CA344FB].mkv (1.4 GiB)
What i like about the pacing is that there were no silly school exam arc wasting precious animation time. Skipped right to first class mage test. Dont know if its the same in the non animated material but if it is then the author is no nonsense.Too many great anime have shtty filler arcs before the fillers even hit. Like the authors were still cooking the main story plots and decided to add generic detour to buy some time. 90% of them. One recent anime that does not fall to these lows is mushoku tensei for the most part. The light novel has points that drag on but overall its bearable because they dont last for entire chapters. Just a few pages at most. Which im sure the anime is going to compress. Anyway sousou no frieren is not overrated or underrated. Its fresh and chill. Cant recall a single anime and i tell you i watched DOZENS. DOOOOOOOZENS. Some full anime connoisseur can probably list a dozen anime similar to frieren but i cant. Well it does resemble mushoku tensei chill moments like in season 1 where they just travel the land, nice music and singing ensues. Frieren basically has that vibe that most of the time. That and LOTR vibe lol.
