I never did figure it out, but I got some outside help for that. Episodes 7-14 were originally scrubs of IzuSubs by Flame and later altered to be more like the translation Michael had been working on weekly even though GenmCorp wasn't able to put out full releases weekly anymore. Episodes 15-21 are mostly original translation from Michael and the rest is scrubbed from IzuSubs. Episodes 22 onward are all original translation from Michael.
