It's Elfen Lied. Maybe you better correct the spelling of the title.
It would have been better to upload the bd version instead.

@JackAssborn Ok, in my defense I used the same name found on the DVD file when ripped. Also I looked all over and I could not find the 4 Disc DVD Version, just a R4 PAL version of it. @zrdb & @zetsu_shoren I'm just saving an old DVD version that was not online don't kill me just cuz BD is better (when it's not)
I mean remasters of a Blu-ray from a series that predates Blu-ray doesn't always look as crisp as a modern DVD Maybe if we're comparing the original 2005 DVDs versus the ADV collectors. I could only really tell when I'm like a inch away from the TV staring at the pixel any notable difference between full screen DVD and the Blu-ray kind of like perfect blue or Akira. It could be more the encoders settings more than the actual DVD or Blu-ray encode. Washington natively on a Blu-ray or DVD player I don't see any notable differences Maybe a slight sharpening on the Blu-ray. It's just more convenient because the old additions are rare or more expensive than the Blu-ray or the steel box.

@freaky That comment was more directly to Discotek's releases. Blu-ray does not always equal great. That's all I'm trying to get at. And then even Western blu-rays that are based on actual HD content can still look like shit compared to Japanese Blu-Rays. Look no further than re:zero original release in the US. That had visual quality worse than Crunchyroll so bad that FUNimation was forced to recall all the blu-rays.
Danke vielmals!! n.n/
