wtf are those chapters, there's more chapters than minutes of runtime, that's just dumb all you ever need for a regular episode is Prologue, Opening, Part A, Part B, Ending, Epilogue, Preview

Come on people. It seems like they are enjoying putting in the extra work. I'll give their release a strong A- ... It IS a lot of chapters, but, they put a lot of effort in the naming of each chapters. I think it's a good start for a group that says they are "still learning." They also added download links for the Detailed & Simple chapter files. If you don't like the detailed ones, grab the simple ones and remux it. Super easy.
