Found the Hong Kong English dub of the *Digimon Savers* movie on archive.org, downloaded it, and "enhanced" and synced the audio from it by means of UVR and my go-to magic bullet of a software, DaVinci Resolve. Since this movie never got a dubbed release in the US, this is the best way for now to enjoy this movie in HD if you are a dub enthusiast.
