@MidnightBlue NF is releasing Blue Box episodes a week early in Japan. Till Episode 6, they released Eng Subs in Japan as well, but from Episode 7 they started releasing episodes with only Japanese SDH, so v1 has FanSub and v2 has NF MultiSub.
Netflix Japan is early one week over Netflix International and other platforms. The v1's are based on the early release. The v2's possess much more subtitles and take advantage of the better quality sources to produce better encodes.
