Just use your favorite batch renamer to rename the files, or manually import/edit with Sonarr, making sure that each file imported is tagged as 2 episodes, as shown above.

(Sorry for the triple post. Anime have long titles and episode titles. Making a 12-minute episode show and then cramming it into a 30-minute timeslot by doubling up all the episodes just made it even more annoying. Plus Nyaa comments have a character limit.)
