The universe is "where people are paying for a blu-ray of the content", because that's the source. The bitrates are comparable to other anime blu-rays.

Junk like this is why I stay as far away from "re-encodes" as possible and stick to straight remuxs be they bluray or dvd.

If I wanted a Blu-ray, I'd download a BDMV folder. If I wanted a DVD, I'd download a DVD-ISO file. But people rarely upload those for some reason. I don't know what the point of remuxes are. I applaud the uploader here for trying.
