Well, we've got a bunch of episodes further along the pipe now, but at the costly expense of Perevodildo's last remains of sanity. Send the Dildoman your prayers (all 3 of you that watch this brainrot). Enjoy the punishment that keeps on dishing punishment.
Nice! I was wondering about info of the web vs BD release. They state the BD is sourced from the original 1080i broadcast and is actually 1080i on disc rather than 1080p like that of the web version. Do they look to be derived from the same source or different scan/restoration? I was curious since you mentioned the BD is ass on the previous episode.
They're both derived from the same MUSE HiVision tapes, which would be 1125 scan lines [1035(i) visible]. This particular case is derived from 16:9 TV masters and has certain edits done to it because they couldn't edit the strobe lights out of certain scenes, so they slow it down to very choppy levels, and the main fight this episode was affected compared to home video releases (which were 4:3). In the BD, every episode the m2ts is about 4.3gb (and the audio is 24bit PCM for some insane reason), which means the grain inherent in the source master had to be compromised big time, so on top of IVTC, you have to somehow fix the scuffed grain among other issues. The decision to resume from web was moreso just for the sake of maintaining sanity, and the BD has no extras anyway, so I still have to derive those from DVD anyway. I'll probably encode the DVD version for the sake of preservation because that's the version that has animation fixes (even if the source is ass too).
