Kamen Rider BLACK on DVD features the original strobe and flash effects that were heavily toned down in later broadcast/streaming/home video releases. The effects should trigger the vintage and re-issue DX TV Power Henshin Belts. Additionally, the DVD has not been sandblasted by DNR. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or any other condition where exposure to flashing lights must be avoided, please divert your eyes. Check out the Blu-ray remaster instead.
