This is the Suzumiya Haruhi no Yakusoku PSP game released in japan with a partial english patch which has instructions on how to make it work. You will need a PSP firmware that can play ISO files. I have tested the patch and it is not difficult to install. I do not take credit for this patch, i simply paired it with the game since i had difficulty finding the game iso and the patch and wanted to make it easier for others wishing to play this game.
