Here we go with our second Blu-ray encode, this time New Cutey Honey, which is a nice 1994-1995 animation with lots of nude transformations and other lovely ecchi. Production values and art are top notch too. New Cutey Honey is technically something like a sequel to the original anime from 1970s, but you hardly need much knowledge about it to watch this OVA - suffices if you know the first episode, or just have the basic cultural knowledge about the Cutey Honey /alternatively, Cutie Honey/ character.
