Adds synced English audio track and signs/songs-only subtitle track to Vivid’s batch release of Seraph of the End.

Simply run ezbp.exe (requires .NET Framework 4.5) and select the batch folder. The patch files are contained in patches.zip in case you need to apply them manually.

All patches now have the English dub and signs/songs-only tracks marked as default. Repatching any non-v2 files you already have is recommended.
